一、造纸污水处理设备工艺
(1)调节池：调节池的作用是均质和均量，一般还可考虑兼有沉淀、混合、加药、中和和预酸化等功能，对水量和水质的调节，调节污水pH值、水温，有预曝气的作用，对池内水体搅动、充氧，防止悬浮杂质沉淀，还可用作事故排水。
(2)接触氧化池：调节池后出水自流至接触池进行生化处理，接触氧化时间可达6小时，填料为半软性填料(即以硬性塑料为支架，上面缚以软性纤维)，它可以防止生物膜生长后纤维结成球状后减小填料的比表面积，易结膜、不堵塞。
(3)沉淀池：生化后污水流到沉淀池，沉淀池为斜板沉淀池。斜板沉淀池利用异向流原理，泥水分离速度快、水流稳定、分离效果好，相对于平流式等其它形式的沉淀池而言，其泥水分离速度和表面水力负荷都高出一倍，排泥采用空气提升至污泥池。
(4)消毒池及消毒装置：消毒池采用技术成熟的臭氧进行消毒，消毒池接触时间大于12min。
(5)污泥池：沉淀池的污泥均用污泥泵提至污泥池内。污泥池的清液回流至接触氧化池内进行再处理。剩余污泥很少，一般1-2年清理一次。清理方法可采用吸粪车从污泥池的检查孔伸入污泥底部，进行抽吸外运即可。
